- 10+ years hands-on electrical engineering in high-power systems.
- Background across automotive, aerospace, grid storage, or renewables;Power electronics mastery.

- Architect and lead high-power power electronics architecture and designs.
- Lead end-to-end testing and bring-up with powertrain components.
- Oversee PCB design to IPC standards for reliability and cost.
