Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to supervise and coordinate plumbing trades on commercial and industrial projects in Texas. You will lead crews, inspect ongoing work, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across remodels and new builds.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of construction procedures and OSHA guidelines, and the ability to read drawings and blueprints. Multifamily experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience as a Construction Foreman.
• Multifamily experience is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs assembly, installation, and repair of plumbing components and subsystems.
• Prepares material take-offs, designs systems, and generates sketches from project documents.
• Oversees construction schedules, manpower requirements, and staffing decisions.
• Coaches and guides craft workers; schedules activities and ensures staff certifications are in place.
• Inspects work for conformance to specifications and safety requirements.
• Coordinates material storage and tool inventory to support the plan.
• Verifies delivered materials match submittals and meets project demands.
• Identifies conflicts in contract documents and resolves issues.
