Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Plumb ing Foreman to lead field operations on a major high-rise and commercial projects in Texas. You will manage plumbing crews, scheduling, quality, safety, and coordination with the project team.

Candidates must have an active plumbing license and a track record supervising 5+ crew members on large-scale hospitality or multifamily builds; willingness to travel between Midland and DFW is required.

Qualifications

• Active plumbing license.
• Experience leading plumbing field crews of 5+ employees.
• Experience on high-rise multifamily, hospitality, or large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and installation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, evaluate, and develop plumbing field crews.
• Plan and direct daily production for the contracted plumbing scope.
• Manage manpower and material requirements to maintain project schedules.
• Perform quality control and ensure installations meet project and plumbing code requirements.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, the General Contractor, inspectors, and other trades.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts before they impact production.
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and workmanship.
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Help mentor and develop field personnel as the Texas plumbing operation grows.
