Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead field operations on major high-rise and commercial projects in Texas. The role focuses on managing manpower, production, safety, and coordination within the project team.

The ideal candidate will hold an active plumbing license with proven leadership of crews 5+ strong, and experience on large-scale projects. Travel to Midland or DFW is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Active plumbing license required.
• Experience leading plumbing field crews of 5+ people.
• Experience on high-rise multifamily, hospitality, or large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with pressure zoning systems in high-rise construction.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and installation standards.
• Ability to manage manpower, materials, schedules, and field production.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop plumbing field crews.
• Direct daily production for the plumbing scope.
• Manage manpower and materials to meet project schedules.
• Ensure installations meet project and code requirements.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, PMs, GC, inspectors, and trades.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts to protect production.
• Maintain high safety, quality and workmanship standards.
• Read and interpret plans and construction docs.
• Mentor Texas plumbing operation staff as it grows.
