Job summary

TDIndustries is seeking a Foreman Pipefitter to supervise the piping crew during construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial facilities in Texas. You will oversee installation, coordination with subs, and ensure adherence to design specifications.

You will plan work packages, inspect work quality, mentor team members, and uphold OSHA safety standards on site in San Antonio and surrounding areas. This role requires strong reading of drawings and blueprints and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred in Construction Management or related field.
• 5-7 years of Foreman Pipefitter experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assembly, installation and repair of piping systems.
• Plans work packages, schedules staffing and ensures adequate manpower.
• Coaches and coordinates craft workers and tools on site.
• Inspects work in progress and finished work for conformance to specs.
• Maintains safety by identifying hazards and conducting observations.
• Verifies delivered materials match submittals and planned requirements.
