Job summary

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing installs at commercial construction sites across Charlottesville and surrounding areas. You will read drawings, develop BOMs, and supervise installation of pipes and fixtures on diverse projects including K-12, university, and healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret coordinated construction drawings for all trades.
• Complete a Bill of Materials based on drawings and blueprints.
• Layout and installation of plumbing pipe (PVC, CPVC, black iron, copper, brass).
• Installation of plumbing fixtures (toilets, urinals, sinks, vents).
• Ability to lead and train all field staff.
• Exceptional customer relational skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings for all trades.
• Complete BOMs from drawings and blueprints.
• Layout and install plumbing pipe types.
• Install plumbing fixtures such as toilets and sinks.
• Lead and train field staff on site.
• Maintain strong customer relations and communicate clearly.
