Job summary

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead commercial plumbing installations across Staunton, Charlottesville and surrounding areas. You will interpret drawings, prepare materials lists, and supervise installation of piping and fixtures on K-12, university, and healthcare projects.

You’ll train field staff, maintain strong client relations, and ensure safety and quality on site. Valid driver’s license and clean record required; Journeyman/Master Card preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret coordinated construction drawings for all trades.
• Ability to complete a Bill of Materials based on drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of steam systems and various piping materials.
• Experience leading and training field staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings for all trades.
• Prepare Bill of Materials from drawings and blueprints.
• Layout and install plumbing piping (PVC, CPVC, iron, copper, brass).
• Install plumbing fixtures (toilets, urinals, sinks, vents).
• Lead and train field staff; maintain customer relations.
