Job summary

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical in Virginia is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing system installs on commercial construction sites, including K-12, university and healthcare projects.

You will read drawings, prepare BOMs, lay out and install piping (PVC, CPVC, iron, copper, brass) and fixtures, and train field staff while maintaining a strong customer focus.

A High School diploma and a valid driver's license are required; benefit from ESOP, 401(k), health and vacation plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Operate equipment on site.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office, Internet, Email.
• Familiar with iPad/iPhone apps.
• Knowledge of steam systems.
• Journeyman or Master Card required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings for all trades.
• Create a Bill of Materials from drawings and blueprints.
• Layout and install plumbing pipe (PVC, CPVC, black iron, copper, brass).
• Install plumbing fixtures (toilets, urinals, sinks, hoods, drains, vents).
• Lead and train all field staff.
• Provide exceptional customer relations and communication.
• Maintain valid driver's license and clean driving record.
