Job summary

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing installations on commercial projects across Virginia. The role emphasizes reading drawings, BOM creation, and coordinating pipe and fixture installations on sites such as schools, universities, and healthcare facilities.

You will also train field staff, maintain client relations, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret coordinated construction drawings for all trades.
• Understand BOM creation from drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with various plumbing pipe types and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings for various trades.
• Layout and complete BOM based on drawings and blueprints.
• Install plumbing pipe (PVC, CPVC, black iron, copper, brass).
• Install plumbing fixtures (toilets, urinals, sinks, vents).
• Lead and train field staff on site.
