Service Experts in West Berlin, NJ is seeking a skilled Plumber II to lead plumbing projects, perform installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems. You will interpret blueprints, ensure codes and safety standards, and estimate materials and labor for complex jobs.

The role requires leadership, strong problem solving, and the ability to mentor junior plumbers and apprentices, with competitive pay and robust benefits in a nationwide HVAC/plumbing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a plumber with 2+ years in the field.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects, including installations, remodeling, repairs and maintenance.
• Interpret blueprints and plan layouts to install plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment and labor costs for projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and team members on requirements and timelines.
• Supervise and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Inspect plumbing systems to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work and progress.
• Keep job sites clean and safe; follow disposal guidelines.
