Service Experts is seeking a Plumber II to lead plumbing projects, installing, repairing, and maintaining systems on commercial and residential sites. You will interpret blueprints, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure adherence to plumbing codes while coordinating with clients and teams.

You will mentor junior plumbers, estimate materials and labor, and stay updated with industry standards. We offer extensive training and growth in a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a plumbing role.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Extensive experience in interpreting and analyzing blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead plumbing projects, including new installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan layouts and installations.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for plumbing projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to discuss project requirements and timelines.
• Supervise and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Train and mentor junior plumbers, apprentices, and helpers.
• Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and regulations.
