Job summary

Southern Home Services is hiring a Tradesman Service Plumber to join our residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical team. You will handle service work, troubleshoot, install, and repair plumbing systems in homes, ensuring code compliance and high-quality workmanship.

The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read blueprints. You will also mentor apprentices and coordinate with other trades on larger projects.

Qualifications

• Tradesman License or higher required.
• 2+ years of hands-on plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to read blueprints, drawings, and job specs.
• Experience with water, gas, and sewage systems and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine repairs or replacements.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and components.
• Test for leaks and verify system functionality and safety.
• Repair and replace worn parts, clear clogged drains, and mends pipes.
• Coordinate with team and supervise apprentices on site.
