Job summary
Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Plumber II in Ogden, Utah to lead plumbing projects, install and repair piping, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards. You will supervise apprentices, interpret technical drawings, and coordinate with clients and suppliers.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in plumbing, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of plumbing systems and tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years in a plumbing role.
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes/regulations.
- Experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Responsibilities
- Lead plumbing projects, including installations, remodeling, repairs and maintenance.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for layouts.
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members on requirements and timelines.
- Supervise plumbers and apprentices; provide guidance and training.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems; cut, thread and bend pipes; weld/solder joints.
- Inspect systems to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with suppliers for materials and equipment; keep records.
