Service Experts Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing! in Nashville, TN is seeking a highly skilled Plumber II to lead plumbing projects, install, repair, maintain and troubleshoot complex systems. The role requires strong knowledge of plumbing codes, problem-solving abilities and leadership to mentor teammates.

You will work with our HVAC and Plumbing team, uphold safety standards, review blueprints, and ensure quality workmanship while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven plumbing experience with strong knowledge of codes and regulations.
• Experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects, installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Inspect and diagnose plumbing systems; read blueprints and codes.
• Mentor and supervise junior plumbers and helpers.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality workmanship on all jobs.
