Service Experts is seeking a seasoned Plumber III to lead plumbing projects, perform advanced installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will ensure code compliance and supervise junior plumbers while mentoring apprentices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years in plumbing role with strong regulatory knowledge.
• Extensive ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects, including installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan layouts.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
• Supervise junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Train and mentor team members and document progress.
