2244 Service Experts NJ Plumbing LLC seeks a Plumber III to lead plumbing projects, install systems, perform repairs, and diagnose complex issues while adhering to codes. Location: Hillsborough, NJ; 4+ years in plumbing; strong leadership and problem-solving required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years+ in a plumbing role.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Extensive experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead plumbing projects, including new installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan layouts and installations.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to discuss requirements, timelines, and progress.
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing systems; procure materials as needed.
