Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Center point for ASO, connecting all teams and workstreams to ensure best customer experience at launch.
• Influence Online strategy at launch; deliver content and features plan with timelines; manage evolving priorities with trade-offs.
• Drive detailed operational systems plan and readiness across internal and external systems (Operations, Customer Support, Engineering).
• Drive change management for new/changing Apple and Retail programs with Product Management and Engineering.
