Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; 15+ years in data engineering/architecture preferred.
• Proven leadership of large data/AI initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of data governance, modeling, and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data integration strategy across cloud platforms.
• Own integration architecture, standards, and patterns (batch/real-time/API/event-driven).
• Partner with business and product teams to define data exchange requirements and align with standards.
• Drive design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable data pipelines and AI solutions.
• Establish and govern interface contracts, mappings, and data quality controls.
• Mentor engineers, promote best practices, and manage cross-team collaboration.
