Qualifications

• Bachelors + 8 years of related experience in Computer Science/Engineering or Masters + 6 years.
• Proficiency in Go and Python with production-quality results.
• Experience designing distributed systems, REST APIs, microservices, and containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, automated tests, performance benchmarking, and observability tools.
• Knowledge of software architecture, scalability, reliability, Linux internals, and performance engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of complex platform capabilities across products and teams.
• Drive scalable, reusable software designs to improve quality and reliability.
• Partner with PMs, Architects, and Dev teams to shape technical roadmaps and direction.
• Own subsystems through lifecycle from design to production support and improvement.
• Promote engineering excellence via design/code reviews, testing, observability, and CI/CD.
