Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 10 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience leading agile software development teams.
- Proven track record delivering software products for large-scale projects.
- Experience with web, mobile, API, and backend connectivity.
- CI/CD and cloud deployment experience.
- HIPAA/GxP and security knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
- Recommend appropriate technology solutions to business partners and guide development teams in implementation.
- Act as primary liaison between business technology and engineering groups.
- Create roadmaps for assigned platforms.
- Ensure technology stack best practices, automation, scalable design, and programmatic standards.
- Evaluate AI use cases for feasibility, risk, business value, data readiness, privacy, security and compliance.
