The Neil Jones Food Company in Firebaugh, CA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor to lead maintenance staff and safeguard high productivity for the Toma Tek plant. You will oversee preventive maintenance programs across mechanical, electrical, steam, and utility systems, aligning resources with production needs.

Qualifications include an AS degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering and at least two years in maintenance supervision; bilingual English/Spanish preferred;

Qualifications

• Two years of direct experience in maintenance supervision.
• Experience in process analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Background in food manufacturing, preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Knowledge of tomato processing operations and thermal/steam control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate or adapt equipment/technology to meet plant needs.
• Supervise operation, installation, repair, and maintenance of plant equipment.
• Develop and monitor annual plant maintenance budget.
• Supervise maintenance staff to ensure timely maintenance.
• Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff.
