Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Two years of direct maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing environments preferred.
• Knowledge of tomato processing operations and aseptic systems a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; maintenance management software (AMMS preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks and work extended schedule.
• Willingness to work extended schedule, weekends, and shifts during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Generate or adapt equipment and/or technology to meet plant needs and apply scientific methodology to solve problems.
• Supervise the operation, installation, repair, and maintenance of plant equipment and systems.
• Assist in developing an annual plant operating budget that supports maintenance programs and process improvement or expansion projects.
• Supervise maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of all required maintenance and repairs, preparing the plant for production requirements.
• Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff performance.
