Job summary

The Neil Jones Food Company in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the plant’s preventive maintenance program across mechanical, electrical, steam and utility systems. You will support production throughput, safety, quality and efficiency while directing maintenance staff.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, troubleshooting root causes, overseeing equipment start-up and CIP processes, and ensuring operations meet standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in manufacturing operations, engineering, management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 2 years’ experience directly related to maintenance/production supervisory with process analysis and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises operation, installation, repair and maintenance of plant equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoots and coordinates with staff to correct malfunctions and determine root cause.
• Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation to ensure continuous production.
• Supports operations in equipment start-up, shut down and CIP processes.
• Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with standards.

Education

Associate degree in manufacturing operations

Bachelor's degree preferred
