Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its U.S. plant in Texas. You will oversee a team of technicians, coordinate maintenance policies, and ensure a safe, clean environment while minimizing downtime and maintaining SQF/GMP compliance.
The role requires an associate degree or relevant experience, 2+ years in a lead/supervisor role, and weekend work. SAP experience is a plus, with full benefits and relocation assistance available.
Qualificações
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and train a staff of maintenance technicians.
- Measure, monitor, and reduce machine downtime.
- Diagnose basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC issues and direct/assist repairs.
- Promote a 'Safety First' culture amongst staff.
- Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program for equipment and plant.
