Tyson Foods in Oklahoma is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate a 15-person maintenance team, directing preventative maintenance and repairs to keep production running smoothly. You will ensure adherence to SQF and GMP policies, promote a safety-first culture, and work closely with the Maintenance Manager to optimize policies and plant reliability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance leadership, hands-on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC skills, and SAP/MS

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years in a food manufacturing environment.
• Lead, direct and train a staff of 15 maintenance technicians.
• Experience diagnosing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and PLC issues.
• Promote a Safety First culture and implement preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance technicians to minimize downtime.
• Manage preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment.
• Ensure SQF Quality Management policies and GMP practices are followed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager on policies and procedures.
