Connectly Recruiting seeks a Plant Engineer in Wilson, North Carolina to lead maintenance and engineering in a fast-paced food manufacturing plant. You will drive capital projects, implement preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM, and KPI tracking to maximize equipment reliability and product flow.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 8+ years in manufacturing.
- 2+ years of team management or project leadership.
- Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields (PLCs, instrumentation).
- Strong leadership, planning, and analytical abilities.
Responsabilités
- Own capital projects from concept to completion, delivering on time and budget.
- Develop and implement maintenance systems: Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, TPM.
- Lead maintenance team and manage tasks safely and efficiently.
- Provide short-term fixes and long-term solutions for operational challenges.
- Track KPIs for maintenance performance and continuous improvement.
