Qualifications

• Attorney with plaintiff-side employment experience and strong advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of cases and mentor junior attorneys.
• Proven track record in client representation and strategic legal planning.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an established portfolio of plaintiff-side cases.
• Participate in leadership, strategy, and day-to-day firm operations.
