We Are Legal Revolution in Chicago is seeking a Senior Employment Litigation Attorney to lead matters on both the plaintiff and defense sides, with the freedom to build your own practice. You can mentor junior attorneys within a boutique, employment-focused team and influence client matters from inception to resolution.

The role emphasizes strong writing, advocacy, and autonomy, with a base salary of $150,000–$200,000 depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities and a fully remote work

Qualifications

• 6+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience handling both plaintiff and defense matters.
• Strong litigation, writing and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage matters with autonomy and mentor junior attorneys.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle plaintiff and defense-side disputes.
• Develop case strategy and oversee pleadings, motions, discovery and proceedings.
• Appear at hearings, mediations and other contested matters.
• Provide strategic employment litigation advice to clients.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys and contribute to practice development.
