Piccolo Buco by Cooper’s Hawk is seeking a Pizzaiolo who excels in dough, detail, and delivering memorable experiences. You’ll lead a fast-paced kitchen, supervise the pizza team, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months of supervisory pizza experience, familiarity with dough prep, and a collaborative mindset. Weekend and holiday availability expected. English fluency and basic Office skills preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of supervisory experience in pizza or prep production in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
• Ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Preferred ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example on the line and during prep.
• Support inventory, prep lists, and kitchen systems.
• Keep the kitchen, walk-ins, and storage areas spotless and safe.
• Step in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.
