Job summary

Piccolo Buco by Cooper’s Hawk is seeking a Pizzaiolo passionate about dough, detail, and delivering unforgettable moments in a fast-paced kitchen. You will master dough prep and pizza cooking to Piccolo Buco standards while leading on the line and keeping stations clean and organized.

Responsibilities include supervising the team during prep, assisting inventory and kitchen systems, and maintaining safety and quality from station to table.

Qualifications

• 6 months of supervisory experience in pizza or prep production in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Must read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Master dough prep and pizza cooking to Piccolo Buco standards.
• Lead by example on the line and during prep; supervise team.
• Assist inventory, prep lists, and kitchen systems.
