The ideal candidate has strong dough handling skills, brick oven experience, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant or catering.
• Strong skills in pizza making including stretching and rolling of dough.
• Brick oven experience is required.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to lift 50 lb.

Toscana Forno Reading and Forno Peabody are looking foran experienced full time Pizzaiolo!

We take pride in our made from scratch pizzas and we are looking for more amazing Pizza Cooks with a strong work ethic to join our team!

If you take pride in what you do and love working with locally sourced fresh ingredients, making the dough from scratch, stretching and rolling it to the perfect size pizza with consistency every time, this is your place to be. We require brick oven experience for this role.

This position requires full flexibility for day and night shifts and weekends.

Must be available to work weekends ( Including Sundays ) and holidays.

Duties:

Requirements:
