Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Conveyance Project Manager in Austin, TX to lead conveyance, pipeline and pump station projects. The role emphasizes engineering leadership, client relations and BD within HDR's Water Business Group.

The ideal candidate will have PE licensure, 10+ years in engineering and 5+ years in PM, supporting project delivery on schedule and within budget while mentoring staff and advancing QA/QC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in location of offered position.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and monitor conveyance and pipeline projects, asset management or pump stations.
• Lead engineering/design, project coordination, prepare specifications and design methods.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contracts and production meetings.
• Coordinate staffing and ensure documents are completed on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior project managers and participate in recruitment.
