Job summary

MasTec is seeking a supervisor to lead turbine assembly crews on project sites across Boise, ID, with travel up to 90% and a 50-hour work week. The role requires coordinating activities, ensuring quality and safety, and supporting the on-site superintendent to meet production schedules.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to interpret specifications and blueprints.

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED Certification (preferred)
• Plus 2 years of experience in supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Interpret specifications and read blueprints and lay out work for crew.
• Preplan daily activities and ensure crew productivity to meet schedule.
• Monitor quality and safety across work by craft workers.
• Coordinate delivery of materials and ensure equipment readiness.
• Travel to different job sites as required and support the superintendent.
