Job summary

MasTec is seeking a Pipefitter Foreman in Boise to supervise crews building turbine rotors and components. You will read blueprints, preplan daily work, manage quality, and coordinate material deliveries while ensuring safety and on-time completion.

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED Certification (preferred)
• Plus 2 years of experience in supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crew workers to build rotors, erect base and mid-sections, and turbine components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Preplan daily activities and ensure crew productivity to meet job schedule.
• Monitor quality control of work in place by craft workers.
• Coordinate delivery of necessary materials and ensure proper documentation (Daily Reports, Safety Reports, ESRs).
• Travel to different jobsites on short notice and support project teams.
