Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Lead-Pickleball at our United States club to provide overall management and leadership for pickleball programming, including open play, clinics, leagues, tournaments and events.

You will promote offerings through member engagement and handle scheduling, billing, and communications, partnering with the Corporate Racquet Sports leaders on strategy. The role includes teaching revenue-generating on-court programs, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of pickleball.
• Experience teaching pickleball.
• Pickleball teaching certification due within six months of hire.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience planning and executing events.
• Able to work with diverse age groups and peers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage club pickleball programming including open play, clinics, leagues, and tournaments.
• Schedule programs, handle billing, and communicate with members.
• Supervise staff and onboard new team members.
