Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Lead-Pickleball to manage club pickleball programming, including open play, clinics, leagues, and events. You will promote offerings, handle scheduling and billing, and collaborate with Corporate Racquet Sports leaders on strategy and marketing.

You will teach revenue-generating on-court programs and work with members of all ages to build positive relationships while ensuring quality experiences. This role involves supervision, training, and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of pickleball and experience teaching pickleball.
• Certification required within six months of hire.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience planning and executing events and programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, sell, and teach revenue-generating on-court programs.
• Interact with members through on- and off-court activities and promotions.
• Provide administrative oversight including scheduling and billing.
• Supervise staff and assist GM with onboarding and training.
