Life Time Inc. in Reston, VA seeks a Lead-Pickleball to provide overall management for club pickleball programming, including clinics, leagues, and events.

You will promote offerings, handle scheduling and billing, and partner with Corporate Racquet Sports leaders on strategy and on-court revenue growth. The role requires thorough knowledge of pickleball, on-court teaching, and certification within six months; strong customer service, event planning, and teamwork are essential, with CPR/AED

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of the game of pickleball.
• Experience teaching pickleball.
• Certification required within six months of hire.
• Excellent customer service skills, friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
• Experience planning and executing events.
• Comfortable working with all age groups and building relationships.
• CPR and AED certified.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops, sells and teaches safe, professional and exciting revenue generating on-court programs.
• Interacts with members through non-revenue producing activity and off-court program promotion.
• Provides administrative oversight of the clubs pickleball programming, including scheduling and billing.
• May supervise club pickleball staff and assist in training and onboarding.
