Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and upbeat demeanor required.
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball; effective teaching styles and techniques.
• Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with all ages and building positive member relationships.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk/reach/climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Teach private pickleball lessons and group programs.
• Develop safe, professional lessons and programs to foster continued involvement.
• Create exceptional member experiences with programs, tournaments, and events; maintain facilities/equipment.
• Collaborate with Membership Advisors and Member Activities to integrate pickleball into Life Time branding; attend related meetings.
