Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of pickleball and ability to teach it to varied ages.
• Certification to teach pickleball required within six months of hire.
• Excellent customer service, friendly and positive attitude.
• Experience planning and executing events.
• Comfortable working with all age groups and building relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• CPR and AED certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops, sells and teaches revenue-generating on-court programs.
• Interacts with members through on- and off-court activity and promotions.
• Provides administrative oversight of scheduling and billing.
• May supervise club pickleball staff and assist in training onboarding.
