Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pickleball Lead to manage club pickleball programming, including open play, clinics, leagues, tournaments and events. You will promote pickleball offerings through member engagement and handle scheduling, billing, and communications.

Collaborating with Corporate Racquet Sports, you will guide strategic program changes and help market the division’s services. The role emphasizes teaching revenue-generating on-court programs and may involve supervising staff, training

Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of pickleball.
Experience teaching pickleball.
Certification in pickleball teaching within six months of hire.
Excellent customer service skills and communication.
Experience planning and executing events.
Ability to work with all ages and build relationships with members and team.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
CPR and AED certification.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Develops, sells and teaches revenue-generating on-court programs.
Interacts with members through non-revenue activities and on/off-court program promotion.
Provides administrative oversight of scheduling and billing for pickleball programming.
May supervise club pickleball staff in collaboration with the General Manager.
