Job summary

Qualifications

• AA in Physical Education or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere with pickleball open play, leagues, social events, and tournaments.
• Manage racquet program operations and member relations to ensure high satisfaction.
• Coordinate court reservations, lesson registrations, and program inquiries.
• Oversee maintenance of outdoor courts and related equipment.
• Support event planning and communications across departments.
