Job summary

The Country Club at DC Ranch in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a Head Pickleball Professional to lead our growing pickleball program. This full-time seasonal role runs September through May and involves scheduling, teaching clinics, private lessons, and creating curricula within the Racquet Sports team.

You will work with the Director of Racquet Sports and assist with events, merchandising, and communications, while supporting the Assistant Director of Tennis as needed.

Qualifications

• RSPA certification preferred; must be achieved within first year.
• 4.5+ pickleball rating.
• 2–3 years teaching or supervisory experience.
• Ability to promote private and group lessons.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the pickleball program under the Director of Racquet Sports guidance.
• Schedule events, marketing, and monthly clinics.
• Coordinate communication with captains and players on interclub teams.
• Teach clinics and private lessons; develop curriculum for the program.
• Assist with Racquet Sports events, drills, and clinics as needed for Tennis.
• Support Racquets Shop merchandising and maintain facilities.
• Contribute to newsletter and social media content.
