Job summary

The Club at Forest Ridge is seeking a dynamic Pickleball Program Director to lead and expand our pickleball offerings at the club. You will design clinics, leagues, and tournaments that engage members across levels and serve as the face of pickleball in the community.

Collaborate with the Racquet Sports Director and tennis team to plan multi-sport events and to grow revenue through programming. Strong organizational skills and a passion for the sport are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and scale pickleball programs that boost engagement and revenue.
• Strong understanding of tournament and league operations.
• Highly organized, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• 4.0+ DUPR rating preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow all pickleball programming: clinics, private lessons, beginner 101s, leagues, open plays, socials, and tournaments
• Run monthly Pickleball 101 onboarding for new players
• Foster member connections through game arranging and DUPR building
• Design programs and drills for beginner to 4.0+ advanced players
• Work with Racquet Sports Director and tennis team to plan multi-sport tournaments and pickle/padel events
• Serve as the face of pickleball at the club and in the community
