Job summary

The Country Club at DC Ranch in Arizona is seeking a Head Pickleball Professional to lead and grow our expanding pickleball program. This full-time, seasonal role runs September through May and reports to the Director of Racquet Sports.

You will organize all aspects of the program, schedule events, teach clinics and private lessons, coordinate interclub teams, and assist with merchandising and social media content as part of a vibrant Racquet Sports team.

Qualifications

• RSPA certification preferred and must be achieved within first year
• Competitive pickleball player with 4.5+ rating
• 2–3 years of teaching or supervisory experience
• Ability to promote and teach private and group lessons to juniors and adults

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee all aspects of the pickleball program.
• Schedule events, market the program, and coordinate interclub teams.
• Teach clinics and private lessons; develop program curriculum.
• Support Racquet Sports events, drills, and clinics as needed
