Job summary

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club in St. George, UT seeks a Pickleball Program Coordinator to lead our growing pickleball program and deliver exceptional hospitality to members and guests.

You will organize open play, leagues, clinics, and tournaments, manage court reservations, and coordinate with fitness staff to provide engaging racquet activities while maintaining club standards and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (AA) in Physical Education or related field; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication and hospitality mindset with the ability to work with diverse members and guests.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to manage reservations and event registrations using digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere through pickleball open play, leagues, social events, and tournaments.
• Oversee programming of all racquet activities and day-to-day court operations.
• Assist members with court reservations, lesson registrations, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless club events and member experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of outdoor courts and equipment.
