Job summary

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club in St. George, Utah, is seeking a Pickleball Program Coordinator to lead a growing racquet program within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused private club managed by Troon.

Under the Director of Fitness, you will run open play, leagues, social events, lessons, and tournaments, manage court reservations, member relations, and daily operations to deliver exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (AA) in Physical Education or related field; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere through pickleball open play, leagues, social events, and tournaments for players of all skill levels.
• Foster engagement, build community, and promote participation while supporting daily court operations and delivering hospitality.
• Responsible for the programming of all racquet activities.
• Administer all areas of the tennis and pickleball programs, including events, classes, clinics, lessons, training, and tournaments.
• Manage daily racquet program operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Assist members with court reservations, lesson registrations, and inquiries.
