Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an on-site pickleball instructor to teach private lessons, run group programs, and coordinate leagues and mixers. You will grow your book of business while delivering member-centric service to drive referrals and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball
• Excellent communication, time management and organization
• Comfortable working with all age groups
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Monitors, demonstrates, and instructs students during pickleball lessons on techniques and strategies.
• Develops safe, professional pickleball lessons and programs with a growth pathway.
• Creates member experiences through programs, tournaments, events and marketing tools.
• Participates in system wide sales efforts and attends pickleball-related meetings.
