Job summary

Life Time is seeking a pickleball instructor to teach private lessons and group programs, and to coordinate leagues and mixers. You will grow your book of business while meeting personal and department revenue goals and delivering member-centric service.

The role requires delivering high-quality on-court instruction and building strong member relationships through programme participation and events.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball and teaching techniques.
• Strong communication, time management, and organization.
• Ability to build relationships with members and team members.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.
• HS diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years experience in related role.
• Certification: IPTPA or PPR within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Teach private lessons and group programs for pickleball.
• Coordinate leagues, mixers, and events; grow revenue.
• Ensure facilities and equipment are clean and well maintained.
• Collaborate with Membership Advisors and Activities teams.
