Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an on-site pickleball coach to teach private lessons and group programming, coordinating leagues and mixers. You will grow your book and revenue while delivering member-centric service to encourage repeat business and referrals.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, HS diploma, and certification within 6 months (IPTPA or PPR). Benefits include subsidized membership and earning potential from on-court revenue.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and friendly attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball and effective teaching styles.
• Strong communication, time management and organization.
• Able to work with all ages and build member relationships.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Teach private lessons and group programming, averaging 30+ hours per week.
• Develop safe, professional pickleball lessons and progression.
• Create member experiences with programs, events, and tournaments.
• Support Life Time sales efforts with Membership Advisors and events.
