Job summary

Brandon J Broderick, Attorney at Law, seeks an experienced Manager of PI Litigation Paralegals to lead day-to-day performance, structure, and accountability of the litigation paralegal and support teams. You will oversee case progression, deadlines, staffing, and client service while driving efficiency and compliance across litigation operations.

The role partners with attorneys to manage pleadings, discovery and filings, monitors deadlines, and implements onboarding/training programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Strong knowledge of plaintiff PI litigation, including pleadings, discovery, service, deadlines and file management.
• Multi-state plaintiff PI experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organization, follow‑through and ability to manage high‑volume litigation operations.
• Strong people leader with experience coaching, developing and holding teams accountable.
• Proactive problem‑solver who identifies risks and drives issues to resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attorneys, staff, clients, courts and vendors.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, Litify and legal technology.
• Calm under pressure, highly responsive and willing to step in when needed.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach, develop and hold litigation paralegals, Senior Paralegals, Team Leads and staff accountable.
• Case Management & Litigation Operations: Own workflow and cadence to keep matters moving and minimize overdue work; ensure milestones are completed timely.
• KPIs, Reporting & Litify: Monitor KPIs, review workload trends, ensure Litify data quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Attorney & Client Support: Provide timely, high‑quality support for discovery, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, conferences and trials.
• Court, Compliance & Risk Management: Own eCourts notices, prevent missed deadlines and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Settlements, Closings & Financial Operations: Oversee file closings, liens, releases and financial obligations; ensure timely processing.
• Process Improvement & Technology: Improve workflows, SOPs and dashboards; leverage Litify and other tech to boost efficiency.
